Endurance Hub was formed by Roman Lacko & Shane Castle, who became training partners & great friends through their mutual love for Triathlon! Our passion for sport, coupled with a wealth of experience in Personal Training, Coaching & Nutrition gave them the idea to start helping others achieve their goals!

And so, ENDURANCE HUB was born……..

Coaching philosophy

The two pillars to my coaching philosophy are consistency and balance. Making sure training is set that allows each individual to be consistent week after week with the right balance of intensities and volumes to make improvements and keep the training enjoyable.
